Buyer's responsibility
The buyer is obliged to provide complete and correct information necessary for the delivery of the goods.
Delivery
The goods will be delivered to the address specified in the order form. Personal collection is not possible.
Tax document
After the goods have been shipped, the buyer will receive a tax document by e-mail to the address specified in the order.
Complaints and withdrawal from the contract
Damaged or incomplete shipments
Incomplete or damaged shipments must be reported immediately by e-mail to MOI.reklamace@bydories.cz and a damage report must be drawn up with the carrier's representative, which you must send to the seller without undue delay.
Return of goods
The goods can be returned without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, only in the original, undamaged packaging. The notice of withdrawal from the contract must contain information about the specific order and be sent within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, company ID: 000 20 869, internet address: https://adr.coi.cz/cs, is responsible for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from a purchase contract. 3. The seller is authorized to sell goods on the basis of a trade license. Trade license inspection is carried out within the scope of its competence by the relevant trade license office. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, to a limited extent, also supervises compliance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

The buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data.
Consent to processing
The buyer agrees to the processing of the following data: name, address, ID/DII number, e-mail and telephone number (hereinafter referred to as "personal data").
Purpose of processing
The data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling the rights and obligations under the purchase contract and maintaining a user account. Unless the buyer chooses otherwise, he also agrees to the sending of commercial communications. Consent is not a condition for concluding a contract.
Obligation to provide data truthfully
The buyer is obliged to provide data truthfully and to inform about their change without delay.
Sending commercial communications
